Wilcox's VW Emerger - Chartreuse

The VW Emergers are one of the best producing flies I could ever ask for. Fishing them in smaller sizes to match up with various midge hatches and the larger sizes to match the various mayflies. I have cuaght some of the most finicky fish in the world on this fly and a whole ton of dumb ones! lol This fly can be fished from top to bottom on a greased leader or weighted right to the bottom. Try fishing them in combination with other nymph species in two or three fly rigs and beneath a dry fly for outstanding action.
