North Fork Desktop

Our "North Fork" desktop design is an economical alternative to our popular flytying desks. Measuring 26" W x 14 1/2" D x 4 1/2" Tall, you'll appreciate the quality of workmanship and the overall layout for a smaller sized desk. Constructed from a natural-finished Alder wood and laminated work surface, you'll also find a built- in clamp in the front rail. This will accept any vise with a 3/8" vertical riser, thus eliminating the need for either a pedestal or C-clamp. The spindles hold 22 spools of thread, and there are an ample number of various sized holes to keep your tools close at hand. Other features include raised edges around the worksuface, and routed trays to keep hooks and beads from falling to the floor. When ordering, please specify to which side you prefer to mount your vise. As pictured, the vise is mounted to the left of center for a right handed tyer.
